85 245 Parts Car - What will fit a 78? 200

I have a '78 245 that's generally a pretty good car, but needs a lot of little things. Two of the doors are rusted out, and someone destroyed the lock for the rear hatch trying to break into the car. The interior has seen better days too.
I found an '85 with a blown engine on Craigslist cheap. Aside from the obvious stuff (k-jet vs lh-jet, etc), what will transfer and what wont?
