Sticking rear caliper, what's my first step? 140-160

My right rear caliper is sticking. I'm sure it's not the parking brake, so where should I start? Is this typically caused by the caliper, or could the pressure reducing brake valves cause this? The rear flexible lines look fairly new. Where's a good source for a caliper rebuild kit?
