Strange electrical failure 700

Hello once again!

I was driving to work the other day, having replaced the turbo intake and boost hoses with custom-built PVC ones (works great! and super, super cheap, especially when compared to the $60-$80 per hose for OEM), and all of a sudden, without warning, my A/C fan and radio cut off.

I arrived at work and was running late, so didn't have time to check fuses. After work, I checked all associated fuses, and they were fine. Bought new ones to replace them anyway, to no avail.

Then I realized that my auto windows work, as does the climate control, but not my power seats, nor my power mirrors, nor my windshield wipers--nor, indeed, the blower or (aftermarket) radio. The dinger dings and the lights turn on and I'm getting plenty of charge from my alternator. And it's not fuses.

What fried/unplugged? I have no idea where to start looking for this, but since it all cut out at the same time, I assume it has to be a single plug or something. It's hot down here in Georgia! I want my fan back!

For now, I'm off to get my emissions done once again, having replaced aforementioned hoses, the breather box, cleaned the PCV system, changed valve stem seals (and silencers). Wish me luck!
