Here're the pictures of those hoses. They're a bit of a mess, but you get the idea. Four 90-degree, 2" elbows with at least one side that's open, some 2" standard PVC and plumber's cement to connect them, and four 2" neoprene couplings. I found all this at Home Depot.
The complicated bit was the turbo intake hose, as I said before. For us, it involved tapping a small coupling directly into it. I'm sure somebody out there can come up with a more simple/elegant solution, as ours almost didn't work. BUT the hoses are still attached, and work wonderfully.
Quick tip: try to get the shape to match as exactly as you can. Lay your PVC next to the standard hoses, and lay it out patiently. Put everything together and BEFORE you cement it (i know it sounds obvious), test the fit to make sure it'll work properly. It's not going to be exact, but get it as close as you can; if these hoses detach at highway speeds, your car suddenly loses boost and will probably stall. Dangerous.
Also, if anybody can come up with a better suggestion for those couplings, I'm open to it; the neoprene expands and softens considerably with heat, so I've had the hose pop off a couple of times. Hasn't happened in awhile, because I tightened them considerably, but I'd be happy if I knew it wasn't ever going to happen again.
