'79 and '80 wiring harness the same? Also relay question... 200

Just wondering if I can use a 1980 harness from a good car in my 1979 GT. They look to be identical.

I also have 2 mystery relays in my '79. One is above the driver's right knee, inward from the steering column. It rattles/vibrates really load with the key in (In, not on!) and continues to do so no matter what the key's position. It's a Hella 6 connector.

There's another relay down near the stereo under the kick panel. No issues but I'm wondering what it's for.

Thanks guys!
