Oil press. drop in turbo 200

This may not be new to the forum (did a search) but it is new to me.

When I first start up, my oil pressure is fine, once the engine reaches operating temps, the oil pressure gauge drops to less than 1 bar, sometimes the low pressure light comes on.

Now it gets weird: when I accelerate from a standing stop, the pressure gauge will drop to 0, fluctuate, and then rise to around 4-5 bar. It will not drop again while driving normally but invariably will repeat the scenario whenever I actually stop the car and idle the engine. Could this indicate bad o-rings, allowing the pickup tube to drain or something similar? Or is it more likely the oil sender is to blame?
