Poor fuel mileage S90-V90

Group:
Just went from N. Jersey to Cape May via GSP, round trip of 370 miles.
Flat ground, mild weather, no stops or traffic jams, 65 to 70 mph all the way.
Essentially no in-town driving.
But I got only 23.5 mpg!
Regular gas, but never used full throttle or anything near it.

Shouldn't I expect more than this?
