hello , I have a small leak when it rains where the wiper arms attach to the linkage up in the firewall. Is this a bushing ,because it is made of rubber and is round . I tried caulking around it but it is still dripping .Does anyone know what this part is called and where I can get it .Please help .Thanks rf64.
