Could ABS and Bulb Out Warning be related? 900 1995

This seems strange, but we had a problem with no brake lights which was caused by the bad bulb out sensor relay. Replaced the relay a few months ago and all has been fine, except that the bulb out warning light will flash for a split second every once in a while and on occassion lights when you step on the brake, but not ofter. It took me a while to figure out what was flashing becuase I would just notice the yellow flash and then it was gone.

We are also trying to track down an intermittant ABS warning light and improper ABS pulsing during normal braking which the computer says is due to the rear speed sensor.

Today for the first time I noticed the Bulb Out Warning lamp flash at the exact same time that the ABS light came on.

It seems like a stretch, but is there any way these could be related?
