Rear wheels loosening after installed new rear springs 700 1991

I installed a set of Scantech HD rear coils in my 91 740T wgn. They lifted the sagging derriere nicely. The ride is fine. All shocks were changed last year.
After a month of driving I noticed the lugnuts were loose.
I have not changed anything else or changed how I drive or what is carried in the car. This was never a problem before.
Anyone notice rear wheel loosening w/ HD springs? Does the stiffer rear end loosen the lugs?
The wheels are torqued as per FAQ. The torque wrench is calibrated.

Any help appreciated.
