puff of smoke 120-130

Have a rebuilt B20 with 60 miles or so on it. When I first start it up, I'm getting a big puff of smoke out the tailpipe. I really can't tell if it's white or blue, looks more whitish thasn blueish to me.

I don't think the carb is too lean, if anything it might be rich. The oil looks OK, I don't seem to be getting any water/ antifreeze mixing in with the oil.

I pulled the hose going from the brake booster to manifold, and it's dry, no leaking brake fluid.

Could there be something else I'm missing, another possibility?
Could smoke occur since the internal engine parts aren't broken in yet?
