1995 940 sedan with 445,000 km - worth what?

Hi folks,

I have an opportunity from a friend to buy his 1995 940 sedan. (auto transmission) Some brake pad / rotor work needs to be done and there are some cosmetic issues (ie. cracked turn signal cover) that need tending but for the most part the car is rust-free and looks great.

The only thing is the hefty 445,000 km on the odometer. It is all highway driven but still seems to be over double the mileage of other 1995's I have seen. (I presently own a 1984 245glt with half the mileage!)

Any experienced owners want to say what they think this car is worth?
