Another rough idle at start up 900 1994

1994 945 N/A Regina 147000...

Cleaned IACV, TB, new crank sensor (cured no hot start problem), new plugs, new rotor, cap, air filter, intake manifold gasket. fairly new wires.

Upon start up in the morning, the idle is not bad, but jump between 900 and a 1000 every second, like, a rum, rum, rum. rum, rum, for a while, until I put it in gear and it goes away while driving. The car has no idle problem upon warm start up.

ANy ideas.

I am thinking of changing my fuel filter. It needs it. Cannot get off the bolt though. Going to bring it somewhere..... Dohhhh....
