Head gasket failure 120-130

My newly rebuilt engine (with 125 miles) has a smoke problem. White puff at startup, doesn't happen all the time.

Brake booster not leaking. Oil on dipstick looks perfectly normal.

Removed radiator cap, and saw a slight oily film on the surface. Head gasket problem, or something possibly much worse???

Going to drain all the coolant and oil and look closer at what I have. Not good.
