Auto Trans Hesitation 200

Hello Bricksters --
I've seached and still found no complete answers. My 92 245 auto will hesitate going into reverse or drive. RPM's climb but the trans only feels partially engaged. Usually when cold but becoming a little more frequent. It can actually almost stall the car now. To top it off it can shudder and buck a little (rear end) when coming to a stop. Torque bushings are new and rear trailing are'nt that bad. Mechanic said trans mounts look good and so does the fluid. What should I do next? I was thinking another mechanic and a massive flush may help.

thanks.
Phil
