Bizarre Charging Problem 700 1991

To keep this up to date:
I drove 60 miles (30 miles each way to work) the ammeter stayed at about 15A discharge unless I turned on more accessories then it went even farther.
I pulled all of the fuses except the ones for the ECU, fuel injection and fuel pump. Same results!!!
For now I have installed a quick disconnect and if it is going to sit for more than 2 or 3 hours I disconnect the battery.
Thanks for your replys - I still have to check the circut board.
