AC/Heater Problems 700 1988

Way too much not enough information.
A/C -
1. Does the electric radiator fan come on when the A/c is turned on?
2. The fan is a separate fuse but operates off a relay under the hood.
3. Does the compressor clutch engage when the A/C is turned on?

Engine -
1. Does your turbo register boost?
2. How many miles on your timing belt?
3. When was your last tune-up?
4. Are you burning oil or losing water?
5 Is the engine temp ok?

So without that info I would suspect the relays located on the front of the right shock tower for some of the problems. I would also suspect the cat for the other problems.
