More stupid speaker questions... 200

Last week I posted some questions about speakers, thanks for answering. I have a few more...

I checked out Crutchfields, but since have heard some somewhat disparaging remarks about them. Sounds like the "what fits my car" guide is not always accurate. They have 4" speakers listed for the back doors of my '92 245 under "front doors" and nothing listed for the 5 1/4" speakers in my front doors. Any suggestions?

Also, I am think about replacing the factory head with a cheapo Pioneer CD/receiver in my wife's '88 240. Is it hard to pull the old one out? Hard to wire and install the new head? REMEMBER(!), I am a novice and haven't put a stereo in a car since my '73 Fury back in 1978! Are Crutchfield's installation instructions accurate? Can I expect an problems?

And lastly, I would like to install some 6" x 9" (or whatever size) speakers in the rear shelf of her sedan, it has none. What size should I go with and exactly where do they mount. I see one center speaker hole in the sheetmetal from the trunk side.

If it all gets to be too much of a hassle, I'll take it anywhere BUT Best Buy (even if they ARE a local company)!

As usual, thanks to all in advance...
