ac not working on 93 940 turbo wagon 900 1993

I have a 93 940 turbo and the ac was ice cold the last time I drove it. I drove it today and it is blowing warm air. I have checked the fuses behind the ashtray. It seems the compressor is not cutting on. I tried bypassin the low pressure switch with a srap piece of wire and that did nothing. I also hooked one of those diy refill r-341 refill gauges up to it and it was in the red so, I didn't add anymore r-134a. I had the same thing happen on my 97 850 turbo wagon and it was a relay behind the glove compartment. Does this model have a relay or another fuse some where that I can't find.
Thanks.
Dennis
