rear wheel bearings replacement? 120-130

I'm getting some squeeking/scraping sound from one side of my 122 that is rather disturbing. Since I just did a brake-shoe replacement, I thought the sound might be a result of the shoe needing to burn-in just a little bit with some wear, but the sound persists. It also seems more like a metal on metal sound, and is much more pronounced when turning left rather than right.

I'm wondering how difficult it is to put out and replace the wheel bearings on the back end? Is this a difficult project, requiring special tools, and are replacement bearings hard to locate and expensive...?

Thanks all...
