Another question about camshaft nut tightening torque 140-160 1969

I have a follow-up question about the torque issue I posted earlier. The torque amount for tightening the camshaft nut (roughly 100 ft/lbs.) in various Volvo 164 repair manuals out there can't apply to KG Trimning camshafts. KGT instructions in Swedish says "Kamaxelmutter MAX! 10.00 KPM + en droppe Loctite 270". Anybody got the conversion to ft/lbs.? My guess is somewhere around 35 ft/lbs. I should also tell you that 100 ft/lbs. on a KGT camshaft broke the first one I bought. They told me it was not defective. This is my second camshaft (K) and I can't afford to snap another one.
Thanks for any help.
