V8 CONVERSION FOR 164? 140-160

V8's can be squeezed into 140's (look lower, some one was listing their V8 powered 142 just a week or two ago). You don't really need the added length of the 160 for a V8, it doesn't help the tight dimension (width down low).

With the longer engine compartment you could squeeze in something longer. Like maybe a Jaguar V12 engine (although those are really white elephants, no faster and much thirstier than the 6 cyoinders). Maybe a Viper V10 engine, or a BMW V12. Or something Japanese, like a 6 cylinder turbo Supra motor. Those things are immensely strong, peple just turn up the boost and can run 600 - 700 HP on stock bottom ends.
