Unfortunately it seems to be one of the few Amazon items that just isn't available. Apparently the embedded metal strip makes it quite difficult to produce, so there just isn't any money in reproducing it. If you still have your old pieces you can try coating the rubber with glycerine to soften and revive it a little.

If someone responds differently that there is a source, I'll be in line right behind you!
