Warped rotors?...Or something else? S90-V90

Hello all,

I'm wondering if any of you experts can impart some of your knowledge on me.
After driving my car for about 20 mins or so, or on a warm/hot day, I hear my rotors sound like they are grinding if I brake hard. If I do a gradual brake, or begin to stop hard and ease off of the brake as the car comes close to stopping, I don't hear nor feel the grinding.
I recently had my brakes and rotors checked by both the dealer and the local brake shop a couple of months ago. They both told me that both the pads and rotors were fine.

I went in again as I began to hear the sound again. I was given the same response.

Could it be something else wrong with my brake system?
