745 transmission in a 122?

Ive desperately been wanting to put an overdrive setup in my 65 122.
I happened to run across a 4 speed w/overdrive on ebay from a 745, and
Im thinking I could probably get it fairly cheaply. Has anyone on here
ever attempted such a switch? What would I need?

On a similar note, if ANYONE on the west coast (and Im willing to travel
quite a distance; I travelled 700 miles to buy the car) could hook me up
with an overdrive I would pay handsomely. I simply dont have the mechanical
skill at present time to attempt such a project. So, in short, if someone
has the necessary parts and the time to do this, let me know and I'll make it
VERY worth yourwhile.
