What size tire for 88 240 with 14s? 200

Tire rack says the OEM size is 195/75/14 and Discount Tire says it's 185/70/14. Who is right? I have 195/75/14s on there now.

I'm interested in the Michelin Harmony or Hydro Edge. The Hydro Edge only comes in a 185/70/14 or 195/70/14. Will either of these work, or should I stick with 195/75/14s? I can get those with the Harmony, which isn't quite as nice as the Hydro Edge. I want something that is outstanding in the rain. Thoughts?
