SOMETHING SMELLS FISHY 200

hi,
I recently posted a message asking about honest mechanics in my area.
I tried one of the shops that was reccomended.
I went in with an oil leak and they replaced the oil pan gasket. I was charged 4.5 hours for the job. My car is still leaking oil!
Any advise on how I should approarch this situation?
I'm predicting the mechanic is going to feed me some BS about it being a new leak.
thanks for any ammo!
