For me, even if it just hit the driveway it would be a major undertaking to recover. *sigh*

I can't think of a single car I've owned that didn't consume one tool or another. I had a Chrysler 300 eat a whole ring of keys (all four sets for that car.) I hadda call a locksmith. Never did find the keys!

On the other hand, my toolbox has gratefully accepted many tools I've discovered in car's I've bought. A couple of box-end wrenches still fitted over bolts, many screwdrivers, a whole potful of sockets, and even a water-pump plier and two nice Vise-Grips!

Still looking for diamond rings or Rolex watches...
