Diesel Swap for '67 S? 1800

i've got a 1967 1800 that i will one day be buried in. it's been my daily driver for years and i intend to keep it up and running for as long as i can. That said, Gas prices are eating me alive, and it's not going to get any better. i would like to switch over to bio-diesel but have no idea what's involved with an engine swap. (i'm not the most mechanically inclined person in the world -- but i'm learning!) has anyone made the jump to diesel with an 1800?
