Air-conditioning not cool 900 1993

Replaced compressor, condenser, drier and coil about 2 years ago. I thought complete air-con system replacement should give me at least 4 years of trouble free problems. Dead wrong. The aircon was ruuning fine with lots of water seen at the drier in the past. But, as recent as 2 weeks ago, I noticed the aircon was not as cold. Worst at standsttill, just air blower working. Sent it to mechanics who inspected it and noticed compressor not working at stationary. But as soon as accerator is applied, the compressor is functioning with cool air but still not as cold as before.

Advise to replace the compressor and drier all at the same time. Mechanics's diagnosis compressor is faulty. Hey, it was changed 2 years ago with Sanden unit. Now, I have to change again.

Do I believe my mechanics!!!!. Is there any other problems like switch/relay etc????. Help needed.
