What is a232 code?
I pray you did not unplug the AMM with the ignition on as this is strictly VERBOTTEN! You can damage the ECU.
AS for the pink wire from the O2 sensor being grounded and going to fuse 11. that's impossible. Fuse 11 would have battery power on it, so it can't be grounded, unless the fuse is blown, in which case you need to find where that wire is shorted to ground.
Is the voltage from the O2 sensor indicating a rich mixture?
If the O2 sensor and circuit is normal, I'd check for air leaks, and try to get another AMM to try.
