Still confused over this 89 760 TI 700

I got this car for 200.00 cash. It runs but not good.
almost sounds like its running on three cyl. Ive pulled
each plug to find oil on the threads of three plugs.
The odd thing is that when the idle goes down the turbo
guage goes up. & only some times the dash dummy lights
come on when the key is forward. What would cause the
car to shake so much? more in "d" & "r". Kinda a strong
fuel smell also. One of the cyl not firing right?
Please help bricksters...I want to keep this car.
