Squeeeky Brakes Initially --- What Could This Be ?? 200

Hello. 1987 240 sedan auto. When I first start out for say 2 or 3 blocks my brakes squeek when applied. Then after a couple of blocks they are fine with no squeek when applied. Sounds like from front. Happens regardless of sunny or rainy day. Happens whether car is warmed up or cold. Do I need new brakes ? An adjustment maybe ? I do not know how old these brakes are. I have only had this car less then a year. It did pass NJ inspection fine. Then again brake squeeking just started about 2x months ago. It is not a loud squeek either. Any & all advice is greatly appreciated.
