I made The Tool and replaced the original bushings with identical Volvo bushings last autumn. But I saved the old ones, to give me the option of replacing the son's 245's bushings with pre-assembled poly this year. I figured doing it that way I won't have to mess with a torch under his car, but can prepare the new bushings on the workbench - using my old sleeves and new poly bushings.
