Regarding Fuse #6... 200

Must have been corrected for the 93 Volvo manual. Manual show fuse #6 as 16A, spare.

Which "93 Volvo manual" manual are you referring to?

Since the '91 240 model year, Fuse #6 is the Main fuse for the Fuel Injection and Ignition systems, and is shown as such in the wiring diagrams.

Before that it was "unused", except in non-U.S. markets where the K-Jetronic FI system continued on the 240s with B230E engines. In those cases, it is the Main Fuel Injection System fuse.

The wiring diagrams reflect this (and other) market-related applications by showing the related circuits in dashed lines rather than solid lines.
