240 turbo runs awful when warm 200 1984

My 84 242 Turbo runs strong when it's cold. But after it's been running continuously for about 1/2 hour, the power almost completely disappears. It also idles rough at this time and sounds like its misfiring. I just replaced the in-tank pump, gas tank filter, and fuel filter.

I'm also having trouble starting, whether warm or cold. I've had this problem for a while but it seems to be getting worse. When it's cold the car starts immediately, runs for about 5 seconds, then dies. It does this about four or five times before managing to start idling by itself. Something similar happens when the car is warm but when I try to restart it (after it catches and dies the first time) it won't start. Usually I have to wait a little before trying to start it again.

Any words of advice would be welcome.
Thanks for your help.
