Math error - correction 200

Um, off by about a factor of 10.
I patiently recalculated the change in intake area and came up with an increase of about 7.5 x. A nice increase, but nowhere near the embarrasing number in my previous post.

Roughly, final (stock) intake diameter of about 1.75" - calculate Pi x radius squared = 2.4 sq. inches: stock intake area
Air box front face roughly 3" x 10" = 30 sq. inches.
30 x 60% (as about 40% is blocked by AC condenser tubing) = 18 sq. in: new intake area
18 (new area) / 2.4 (stock area) = 7.5 times increase in area.

Achieved by blocking of air box's (2) stock intake hose ports, removing thermostat damper, and cutting off front face of air box. Front face is located behind AC concenser coil; OK to use if not using AC - as in my brick. Not OK if AC is working as this will heat the intake air.
