Upgrading the early dash to a later style 200 1980

I've been wanting to upgrade the dash on my '80 to one of the later style dashes for a while now.

I've seen it done before, but I'm not sure what all is involved.

I figure since I'm likely going to be doing a heater core pretty soon, the dash is going to have to come out anyway. I figure that will be as good a time as any to do this.

If any one has any posts saved that detail this process (I couldn't find anything from searching the archives), I'd like to read them.

This is the dash in my '80 (picture from my '76, but it's the same dash)

Thanks as always.
