Shaking up front 700 1989

Before getting too wrapped up in the serious "could be's", try swapping the the LF wheel for the LR and see if the problem moves to the back end. You could very well be dealing with a bad tire or bent rim.

Sometimes the problem is so obvious you don't have to do anything more than jack up the front wheel and give it a spin to observe the wobbble. Sometimes, however, it can be a problem within the tire that isn't real obvious to the eye, but can be felt when rolling down the road.
