...frozen bolt....Help 200

In the middle of complete bushing replacement (along with stuts, shocks, etc.), and I've met the bolt from Hell. Seems the left (drivers side) front bushing (control arm) bolt is siezed/ frozen/ welded/ etc. to the bushing. When I turn the bolt, the entire rubber bushing flexes. At least the rubber bushing isn't rotating in the casing. PB Blaster (lots of it), hasn't helped, attempts to drive it out, hasn't helped, attempts to flex control arm, and counter rotate bolt, hasn't helped. Cant put heat to it since its, incased in rubber........soooooo, open to any suggestions.

Thanks in advance to all.
