Finally Fixed bucking between 1,500-3,500 RPMs 900 1995

I have been working to fix a severe bucking for 4 months. Replaced, swapped and checked everything -- fuel, electrical, air/vacuum.

I just fixed it!!! FUEL PUMP.

I was thrown by the borderline fuel pressure reading. I was getting 38-40 psi at the rail. The Bentley manual said 36 psi for some models and 43 for others. I thought that 38-40 was inbetween and close enough. It turned out mine needed 43. Mine was just below that enough to only make a difference at 1,500-3,500 RPMs, under load.

I learned my lesson about details and assumptions.
