240-Should I buy it? 200

' Just found a '91 240 sedan at a local used car lot. It's got the M47 5 speed trans and the mileage is 115K. The car is extremely clean and has the original paint, 240 SE style wheels with new tires, working a/c, but will probably need a new clutch. The check engine light is also on. The interior is excellent and the engine bay is like new with no grease or dirt. There's zero rust.I know that the clutch will have to be replaced before I can drive it much, and I have an estimate of $500 to replace it at a local garage. So, I'm thinking of offering the guy $2500 for the car as is. Does this sound like a fair price?

I'm thinking of buying this one and selling my '86 240 since the '91 is so much nicer.

Thanks in advance.

Dave
