motor mount and idle Q 700

hi all. my 1990 745 rex/regina intermittently idles very poorly and shakes real bad. other times its fine. engine runs good when driving down the road.
the motor mounts may be bad, as i can move the engine around by grabbing the oil cap and pulling side to side.
could bad motor mounts cause a bad idle, by activating the knocks sensor?
just wondering. trying to get my new car road worthy.
new plugs
new air filter
cleaned throttle body
set throttle switch
tested 02 sensor
swapped coil w/used one
swapped ecu w/used one
swapped map sensor w/used one
replaced dist seals
just checked fuel pressure at rail = 38psi with frp hose connected. 43 unconnected. residual pressure dropped 5 psi after 20 minutes
any help is appreciated.
