fuel pump not operating? 200 1982

I'm sure that relay with the brown wire is some kind of clue, but I can't seem to figure it out. The only things behind the center vents that I can recall having brown wires are the power window and A/C relays. Neither is much of a reason I can think of for a no-start.

Did you have sluggish engagement on your OD? A leak at the tailshaft? That is work I have to look forward to, at least with respect to the actuator seals.

Low speed and large throttle opening - that mean low end of the tach too, like shortly after shifting into second and trying to keep up with the SUV in front of you?
