What is 'side gap'? nmi 140-160

Yeah, pretty much, although just take the first picture and chop the tip off to bring it to the edge of the electrode instead of going over the top of it. And then having a slightly smaller gap, but not so much having the tip all the way down next to the electrode. I'll have to try it sometime soon... Gotta find me a dremel though.
