164 Trim Removal Question 140-160

Good morning all,

I am getting ready to remove everything from the body of my 1971 164 for paint. I have the manual for it, but it doesn't mention how to remove the wide chrome trim strips that run beneath the side windows and rear quarter windows, without ruining it. Does it pry off, or is it bolted from behind? Thanks in advance!
