Wrong Power Steering Fluid Used...Worry?

It's all "hydraulic fluid", so I wouldn't worry. If, on the other hand, it brings you peace of mind, then it never hurts to change ANY fluid after it's been in use for some time.

As to the "special tool", I just use a ball-joint seperator. You know, the "tuning fork" looking tool that you hit with a hammer. Just be very careful in the positioning of this tool and do not get carried away with the hammer, better several light strokes than one BIGGY.
