Tail Lights not functioning 1800

Its you money, but for $450, I can justify spending some time cleaning up the corrosion like Jim suggests!

Also, you mentioned that you have power coming to the fixture...are you certain?...I would double check, because the Taillights are the ONE other fused item on an 1800...more British electrical wizardry...and those fuseholders are the notoriously bad, Lucas, Prince of darkness, pieces of automotive junk.
