> Blower On Even When Switched Off ...... < 200

Hello all. 1986 240 sedan. My blower switch has 4 click stop settings which are : Off/1/2/3/4 . Blower still blows slightly(same as when at setting 1)even though in off setting. It only does this when car is running. It does not do this when key is in and turned to right but car not started/running. What can I do to fix this ? I was thinking of installing a simple on/off switch to the power/hot line. Does any one know which color wire the power/hot line is ?? I am not very good with electrical so solution needs to be pretty simple and easy. Also would like to work in switch area and not have to take too much apart. Thanks in advance for help, advice, and info.
