Daylight sensor - headlight won't come on, how do I bypass it to check the lights 700 1990

I got the rebuilt engine in the '90 I just picked up. Today I drove it and the headlights were working. I was working on it around with the ignition on so the parking lights were on and later I see that the headlights were on as well. So I went to drive it tonight after dark and as I was about to pulll away I noticed I had no headlights.

The daylight sensor is a Canadian thig according to the manual. It is located in the pass dash speaker grill. It has three wires.

Anyone know what wires to jump to override it?

I checked fuses and all the connections etc.

Thanks
